Fudgy Homemade Brownies

2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted
1 Β½ cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
Β½ tsp vanilla extract

π₯ Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease an 11Γ13-inch glass dish or line silicone brownie molds.
Step 2: Mix Batter
Melt the butter and pour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix just until combined β overmixing can make brownies cakier.
Step 3: Bake
Pour batter into your prepared pan or molds. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
Allow brownies to cool in the pan before slicing. Serve warm for gooey bites or at room temperature.
